Our Client is a long established and successful global organisation who provide a variety of professional services to their corporate client base. Working for their reputable Australian team (the majority based in Sydney) this is a great opportunity to be trained in a specialised admin role in their Risk & Compliance Division with specific responsibilities including:
- Record, update and monitor compliance documentation & coordinate associated correspondence
- Handle incoming mail including scanning and filing
- Assist with OH&S monitoring
- Assist with set up of new clients
- General office duties
To be considered for this role you will have knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & ideally, Excel) along with a reasonable data entry / typing speed. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are also fundamental to the position.
Training will be provided in all aspects of the role and any prior admin / customer service / front desk experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

This is a full time permanent position with a salary of $50,000 + Super. Please note the position is based full time in the office at Chatswood (with occasional flexiblity for a WFH day if needed), Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
