As a sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing revenue by selling Procore's project management tool to companies in the construction industry.
This includes generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities
* Identify key players, generate interest, and obtain business requirements from targeted accounts
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide reports on sales activities and projects as requested
* Upsell and expand product offerings to current customers
* Pursue knowledge of competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* 2+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
* Experience with consultative sales methodologies desired
* Proven track record of success in inside sales and outside sales models
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and develop trusted relationships
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
* Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting
