Step into an exciting role at ELMO as a
Business Development Manager
, where you'll be instrumental in driving our success within the New Business team
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to champion ELMO's comprehensive suite of HR & Payroll solutions. As our Business Development Manager, you'll report directly to the Regional Sales Director and take ownership of forging and expanding new business opportunities across ANZ.
Your Focus
* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate value and achieve sales targets within the Mid Market.
* Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint key opportunities for value creation within the mid-market segment.
* End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the complete sales process, from identifying prospects to successfully closing deals.
* Effective Communication: Utilize various presentation styles and prioritize opportunities for optimal impact.
* ELMO Advocate: Clearly articulate the benefits of ELMO's comprehensive suite of solutions.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support strategic initiatives.
* Solution Enhancement: Provide feedback to contribute to the ongoing improvement of ELMO's offerings.
* Client Engagement: Engage in strategic consultations with key client stakeholders.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
Desired Skills And Experience
* 2-3 + years of experience in B2B Software sales with a proven track record of exceeding KPI targets
* 3 + years in technology sales, with a strong preference for experience within the HR/Payroll sector.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport and trust.
* A highly driven and motivated self-starter mentality with a knack for successful prospecting.
* A strong understanding of the software/technology sales cycle and its nuances.
* Familiarity with information security and data integrity standards.
