Details: The Long Service Leave Authority (ACT Leave) is a Statutory Authority of the ACT Government responsible for the administration of portable long service leave benefit schemes for covered industries within the ACT.
Our vision is to make portable long service leave universally understood and recognised as an important and accepted part of the employment landscape. Our activities are determined by the Long Service Leave (Portable Schemes) Act 2009, and we are governed by a Board appointed under the legislation.
ACT Leave is led by the Chief Executive Officer and Registrar, supported by an Executive Team comprising the Chief Finance Officer and Deputy Registrar, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Corporate Services Officer, and Chief Information Officer.
As a key member of the ICT and Security team you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for:
* Data Analysis: Managing data governance initiatives and business intelligence reporting to support organisational objectives and operational needs
* Innovation and Change Management: Identifying future business requirements and lead procurement and implementation of new solutions including CRM, and Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
* Policy and Governance: Providing specialist advice, support, and management of ICT policies, standards, and practices across all systems, ensuring organisational compliance.
* Systems Management: Overseeing the management and enhancement of enterprise systems including the organisation’s customer relationship management system (CRM), accounting systems and corporate systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business needs.
We are looking for an Assistant Director ICT Operations who has:
* Experience implementing, embedding and managing ICT frameworks, policies and processes to deliver and improve organisational performance and compliance.
* Proven experience managing vendors and business teams.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven experience managing complex projects and driving digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to unite stakeholders under a common vision and delivery framework.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
