**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical health, fitness levels, medical history, and goals.
- Develop individualized exercise programs based on assessment findings, client preferences, and evidence-based practices.
- Implement and supervise exercise sessions, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure adherence and safety.
- Monitor clients' progress closely, regularly reassessing goals and adjusting exercise programs as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physiotherapists, and dietitians, to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, healthy lifestyle behaviors, injury prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Stay informed about advancements in exercise physiology, rehabilitation techniques, and related fields through continuing education and professional development activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that empowers clients to take ownership of their health and well-being.
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines outlined by relevant regulatory bodies.
**Salary & Benefits**
- $65k - $90k base salary, depending on experience
- Up to $5,000 sign on bonus

**Selection Criteria**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Exercise Physiology
- Registration with ESSA
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to a client-centered approach, with a focus on empathy, respect, and cultural competence.
- CPR and first aid certification (current).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
