Simpro is expanding its Customer Success organization in 2026 with a focus on SaaS. We are hiring multiple Account Managers for a fast‐paced, high‐performing team.
Account Manager – Growth & Expansion
Location: Melbourne Office – Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, Australia. Time type: Full time.
What You'll Do
* Own renewals & reduce churn
o Manage end‐to‐end renewals across a large portfolio with consistency and accuracy.
o Proactively identify at‐risk customers through outreach and usage insights.
o Maintain clear, reliable renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility.
* Identify growth opportunities
o Spot and act on expansion opportunities (users, modules, training).
o Partner with customers to unlock additional value from the Simpro platform.
o Contribute to revenue growth while maintaining a strong customer‐first mindset.
* Operate with structure & discipline
o Follow established playbooks, cadences, and processes.
o Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and account records.
o Manage a high‐volume portfolio with strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Build strong, practical relationships
o Engage with time‐poor, operational customers in a clear and direct way.
o Translate product features into simple, tangible business outcomes.
o Build trust through consistency, reliability, and genuine care.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals within SaaS.
* Proven track record managing renewals and reducing churn across a large portfolio (100+ accounts).
* Experience working with SMB or Mid‐Market customers, ideally in operational or trade‐based industries.
* Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
* High level of process discipline and ability to follow structured workflows.
* A driven, outcomes‐focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a scaling business.
