Job Description:

This is a full-time, permanent role based five days a week out of their inner-city office.
">
You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, completing bank and credit card reconciliations, and assisting with month-end reporting and forecasting activities.
">
You will also maintain up-to-date financial records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth payment cycles.
">
Key Responsibilities:

1. Process around 10 invoices per day
">
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable in Xero
">
3. Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
">
Requirements:
">
Experience in a finance role where you have managed accounts payable, reconciliations, and data entry in Xero or similar systems.
">
A sharp eye for detail and ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.
">
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with senior staff, clients, and visitors.
">
