Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 + super
About The Role
As the Project Officer, you will be responsible for a range of project management and governance support activities that contribute to the delivery of the Northern Rivers Adaptation Division projects, with a key focus on the Northern Rivers Disaster Readiness Program (NRDRP).
As the Project Officer, you will :
Prepare reports and briefs, coordinate resources, maintain project documentation and implement and monitor project plans.
Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations.
Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on divisional activities and project progress.
Undertake research and analysis.
About You
To support the delivery of community focused projects, you are someone who can develop strong relationships with agency and community stakeholders. You have the ability to act agile and show initiative within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Track record of working collaboratively to provide business, project and operational support in a community focused environment.
Someone who can use facts, multiple data sources, knowledge and experience to put forward recommendations and work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet agency objectives, program compliance and project deliverables.
Ability to identify project interdependencies and strategic alignment across divisional programs.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent knowledge and experience in project management, governance, administration, communications or engagement.
