Lead Estate Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of estate strategy, planning, and space analytics. As a senior member of the Infrastructure and Facilities Services (IFS) Directorate, you will provide leadership in these areas, working closely with stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee campus master plans and precinct plans.
* Strategically plan and vision physical campuses and assets.
* Rationalise and optimise the university's estate through space planning and analytics functions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in workplace strategy, space optimisation, and business case development. They will also possess excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
