Contribute to a dynamic financial reporting team by working as an APS6 Financial Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare external financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet management
* Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and supporting year-end audit processes
* Provide payroll financial assurance and ensure payroll accounts reconcile with financial systems
* Collaborate on responses to ANAO regarding matters related to financial audit work
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
