The purpose of this role is to provide HR guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, recruitment, administration, and compliance. You will be the primary point of contact for HR queries and work closely with managers and teams to drive high performance and foster a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to people managers and employees within the allocated stakeholders group.
* Respond to queries regarding all human resources matters including compensation, professional development, employment, grievances, disciplinary, termination matters as well as HR policies and procedures.
* Participate in HR/management level meetings and strategy sessions that guide the development of people, programs and technology.
* Support the development of HR programs including KPI setting, performance management, compensation planning, talent management, employee engagement and succession planning.
* Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source talented candidates and recruit them into the organisation.
* Ensure policies and procedures fit the organisation culture, best practices and local legislation requirements.

* HR qualifications with 4+ years of experience ideally in HR within a complex, fast-paced, and diverse environment.
* Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry with a global company will be highly regarded but not essential.
* Excellent leadership traits, the ability to communicate with influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Strong written and verbal communication with excellent listening and interaction skills.
* Solid business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
* Ability to apply diplomacy, lead difficult conversations with awareness to sensitive matters.
* Resilience, and the ability to follow-through and drive results.
* An analytical mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
* MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel).
* Previous experience with an HRIS and an ATS system will be an advantage.
