Energetic Diesel Services are an established business based at the northern end of the Gold Coast (Stapylton). We are currently seeking a qualified Truck Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis working Monday through to Friday with Saturdays available.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Service, repairs and maintenance of heavy vehicles, trailers, plant machinery as well as light vehicles.
- Preventative maintenance and inspections
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Hydraulic service and repairs
- Completion of job cards and service sheets
- other related workshop duties
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Appropriate trade qualification
- Outstanding mechanical skills
- A can do attitude and desire to take on challenges
- Great communication and team skills but also have the ability to work alone/unsupervised
- Current drivers license
Experience/ ability in the following would be an advantage:
- Diagnostic skills
- Air-conditioning licence (not essential).
- HR/Forklift licence (not essential).
- Minimum 2 years experience trade qualified.
