What You Will Be Doing
* Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls
* Create unique and tailored experiences for customers - exceptional customer service
* Processing Financial Admin - i.e. reviewing invoices
* Data entry into system
* Team collaboration
* Ad-hoc Office duties
About you:
* Experience working in a call centre is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and resolution skills
* Interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Customer service and/or clerical experience
* Computer literacy
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
