Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Duration: 8-12+ months (extendable)
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with hands-on expertise in OmniStudio to join our team for a high-impact project aimed at enhancing our SCO Prevention capabilities. The role will involve technical leadership and hands-on work with OmniStudio, ensuring the architecture is designed, developed, and implemented effectively.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial contract period if successful.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and implementation for the SCO Prevention project using OmniStudio.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the solution with business requirements.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and other team members.
* Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable architecture and code is delivered.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions and processes within OmniStudio. Develop and maintain project documentation and provide updates to key stakeholders.
* Contribute to technical strategy and decision-making processes for the project.
Qualifications And Skills
Extensive experience working with OmniStudio (hands-on experience is a must).
* Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio capabilities and its integration with other
* Salesforce products. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and engage with stakeholders.
* Ability to work onsite in Geelong 1-2 days per week.
