The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. Skillset Requirement: Minimum 12 years’ experience in SAP Finance with a strong track record of architecture leadership roles. At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in a finance lead or architect position, including blueprint through go-live and stabilization. S/4HANA experience is essential, including involvement in finance transformation projects leveraging the latest SAP innovations. Proven expertise in defining finance operating models, designing global/local chart of accounts, and cost allocation methodologies. Strong understanding of finance processes and integration points across SAP modules. SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or related modules. Background in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred. Experience in complex, multi-entity or global program environments. JD as below: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions across a major S/4HANA transformation program. Partner with business leaders to define the future-state finance operating model, including chart of accounts and costing structures. Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient SAP finance solutions aligned with industry best practices. Drive end-to-end finance design across procurement, HCM, logistics and asset management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, change management, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery. Support business process harmonization, simplification, and adoption of S/4HANA capabilities. Contribute to overall governance program and provide quality assurance on finance deliverables. Leverage tools such as SAP Signavio for process mapping and optimization (experience desirable).
