As an Operations Supervisor, you will contribute to the development of innovative water, waste, energy and industrial services. Your responsibilities will include assisting site managers with progress reports, preparing quotes for client-defined scope of work, supporting operations teams in developing continuous improvement methods, coordinating procurement and subcontractors, scheduling equipment and labour resources, and liaising with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Site Manager with progress reports
* Prepare and submit quotes for client-defined scope of work
* Support operations teams in developing continuous improvement methods
* Coordinate procurement of materials from external suppliers
* Coordinate and supervise external subcontractors
* Schedule and manage site-based equipment and labour resources
Requirements
* Supervisory or leading hand experience in a heavy industrial environment
* Previous experience in an operational planning role in a heavy industrial environment
* High Pressure Water Jetting Qualification
* HR Truck Licence (preferable)
