We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team and help us deliver accurate, timely payroll services across Australia and New Zealand. This is a permanent role with flexible work arrangements, including 1–2 days per week in our Newcastle hub. You love getting things right the first time and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You’re confident interpreting awards and agreements and enjoy working collaboratively with others. You’ll bring: Proven end-to-end payroll experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems (experience with CHRIS21 is a bonus) Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset We know some people only apply when they meet every requirement.
