About the Opportunity
We are looking for the industry's best sommeliers to deliver a best‐in‐class wine experience on a casual basis. The role focuses on service delivery and requires an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Sommelier experience
* Extensive knowledge of new and old world wine
* Previous experience delivering wine training (advantageous)
* Experience with stock control and inventory management
* Up to date with industry trends
* Exceptional service skills and guest focus
* Highly adaptable and able to perform in high‐pressure periods
* Proven ability to build effective relationships
* Organizational and time‐management skills
* Exceptional communication and presentation
* Availability to work a rotating roster including opening, closing, weekends and public holidays
* WSET or CMS certification (advantageous)
* A valid RSA certificate
