Your role as a Speech Pathology Grad
* Provide evidence‐based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload – providing direct, family‐based and community‐based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
* Day‐to‐day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence‐based outcomes
* Work closely with key stakeholders, providing information, education and support
* Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
Desired qualifications and requirements
* A degree in Speech Pathology
* Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
* Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in mid‐2026
* A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle and third‐party insurance
* A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain it
* A clear current Police Check, or willingness to obtain it
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain it
* First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it
* Excellent communication and time‐management skills, and attention to detail
