About the Position
This full-time permanent role is based in Rockingham and offers a unique opportunity to lead by example with authenticity, passion, and dedication. You will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of staff, ensuring seamless facility operations in line with highest standards of care.
Your responsibilities will span across various domains, from coordinating schedules to addressing customer expectations and feedback through thorough investigations and comprehensive verbal and written responses.
About You

* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Extensive leadership experience in senior clinical roles within aged care organisations
* Proficient understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards
* Knowledgeable about the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, complemented by effective delegation abilities.
* Demonstrated aptitude in leadership and interpersonal communication.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to solve complex problems.
* Possession of a valid Driver's License
* Preferably vaccinated for COVID and Influenza, though not mandatory
* Recent National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months.
