Position Overview
Based at our Brisbane (Larapinta) site, Civilmart is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure all manufactured products meet relevant Australian Standards and support the ongoing maintenance of our ISO-accredited Quality Assurance system. You will be a key leader in quality-related matters on site, working closely with production teams to uphold safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in ensuring all employees on site are suitably attired in correct PPE.
* Assure the consistent quality of production and notify Management of defective products.
* Daily quality inspection of products and ensure all products have the correct identification information.
* Compile QA and QC data, using document control principles to confirm compliance to standards, for internal audit conducted annually and ISO accreditation every 3 years.
* Ensure all quality paperwork is filed and maintained in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures and the Quality Manual.
* Assist in the provision of training to your skill set or in conjunction with other employees, supervisors/trainers.
* Assist the organisation to achieve consistent quality of production to meet customer, regulatory & statutory compliance.

* Proven experience supervising staff in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Ability to inspect products and materials for compliance with operational and quality standards.
* Confidence reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Solid computer skills and familiarity with document control processes.
* Practical understanding of OH&S requirements, including SWMS and GMP.
* A proactive, action-oriented work ethic and commitment to continual improvement.
