* Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional support to nursing staff across all units, helping them grow into confident, capable practitioners
* Deliver after hours education and real time clinical support to ensure safe, high quality, patient centred care
* Work collaboratively with the education team and clinical staff to deliver structured learning, hands on training, and constructive feedback.
* Implement, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs that promote best practice, excellent patient service, and improved patient outcomes.
