We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to provide a high level of operational and administrative support to our construction projects. This contract is an approximate split 40/60 Fremantle and site-based on our regional, Western Australian construction projects.

Job Role
You will be responsible for providing high level support to projects operations ensuring an efficient and well organised environment. Excellent time management skills together with adaptability and professionalism will be the basis for success in this role.
Standard work hours of 6:30am to 4:30pm are expected; however this is negotiable for the right candidate after commencement. Career progression opportunities are available in due course.
Ensure projects are executed safely and HSEQ policies are implemented and followed.
Drive and lead the delivery of construction projects on time and within budget to the required industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Liaise with key project personnel, both internal and external to ensure all labour, materials and equipment are allocated and implemented for the effective delivery of the project.
Manage sub-contractors and suppliers from engagement to delivery.
Prepare, track, analyse and report monthly performance including financial, program and HSEQ.
Management of risks affecting project costs, schedule, and client relations.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience required
* Significant experience (5+ years) in a project-administration role, preferably in a Head Contractor project environment.
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in financial analysis/management of a project.
* Pro‑active, can‑do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
* Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
* Well‑developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
* Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others within the business.
* Strong perception and implementation of HSEQ.
* C Class Drivers Licence.
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management.
* Cert IV in Work Health and Safety.
