About EIC Australia:
Due to business expansion, we are seeking a full-time HR & Adm. Coordinator in Sydney office to join our professional team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist recruitment processes, including advertisements, interviews and offer letters.
- Coordinate new employee contracts and onboarding process, including orientations and training sessions.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Coordinate, manage and book all business-related travel required for employees.
- Plan and organize company conference, venue booking and group dinning.
- Company level centralized purchase, e.g. working mobile phones, PCs, stationery, Christmas gifts.
- Liaise with external IT team, solicitor and property manager etc. to make sure the daily office operation is in good order.
- Other general administrative and service duties as required.
Ideal applicants:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to show emotional intelligence in dealing with various stakeholders within the business.
- Basic understanding of employment law, Industrial relations, WHS and workers compensation legislation.
- Multi-task and solid PC skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
