Job Overview

Police Recruiting Branch seeks an enthusiastic administration team member for the Joondalup Office. One (1) full‑time position, offered as a 3‑month contract/secondment with potential for extension or permanency.


Responsibilities

* Assist the recruiting team in facilitating recruitment assessments.
* Perform administrative and data entry duties.
* Maintain accurate records and support recruitment processes.


Qualifications

* Strong administration and data entry skills.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Ability to demonstrate transferable skills relevant to the role.


Application Process

Applicants must:

* Complete, sign and scan the Integrity Check Consent Form (not required for current WA Police employees) and submit it with other application documents.
* Submit a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) with dot‑point details aligned with the Key Accountabilities.
* Include names and contact details of two referees.

Applicants are not required to address work‑related requirements at this stage.

Applications must be submitted online. For assistance, contact Police Staff Selection and Deployment at *** during business hours (8 am‑4 pm, Mon‑Fri).


Other Conditions

* The selection process may be used to fill similar vacancies throughout the metropolitan area.
* If the successful applicant declines or vacates the position, another suitable candidate may be selected.
* Integrity and criminal checks will be conducted for non‑current WA Police employees.
* Relocation costs may be the responsibility of the applicant.
