The Role
Based in Windsor and reporting to the Gallery and Museum Coordinator, this role supports the delivery of high-quality services across the Hawkesbury Regional Gallery, and Hawkesbury Regional Museum. You will play a key part in ensuring these spaces are welcoming, professionally managed, and accessible to both residents and visitors.
About You
You are a reliable and confident professional with experience in gallery or museum operations, including supervising staff or volunteers, with ability to implement safety and security procedures. You are positive and proactive when interacting with the public, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. Your ability to lead and support others, along with your strong organisational skills, will be essential to your success in this role.
* High School Certificate
* Tertiary qualifications or working towards gaining a qualification in visual arts, history or a related field
* Experience delivering or supporting public programs
* Demonstrated experience in a gallery or museum environment
* Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays between 11am - 4pm on a monthly basis
* Experience as an emergency warden
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current Class C Driver Licence
