About the Role

We're hiring a full‑time Customer Support & Social Media Assistant (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).

This role is all about being the friendly, reliable person behind our inboxes and social media channels, keeping communication flowing and customers supported. Once your daily core tasks are complete, there's room to jump into other areas depending on your interests, whether that's content creation, executive assistance, or internal admin and ops.

This is a stepping stone into something bigger, and we'll back you every step of the way.


What You'll Be Doing

* Manage the customer support inbox, reply to emails, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
* Respond to DMs and comments on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
* Engage with other pages and followers to build community connections
* Monitor customer orders and deliveries, follow up on delays, and keep things moving
* Manage returns and exchanges from start to finish
* Assist the Directors with occasional personal tasks (e.g. ordering groceries, gifts, booking appointments)
* Tackle general admin tasks like data entry, inbox clean‑up, and file organisation
* Use Canva or basic editing tools to support content and marketing — optional, if that's your thing
* Grow into social media management, PA/EA work, support team lead, or office management depending on your strengths


Who You Are

* You've got 1–2 years' experience in admin, customer service, reception, retail, or support (not essential - if you're a go‑getter, we can work with that)
* You're a strong communicator, clear, polite, friendly, and calm under pressure
* You're organised, detail‑oriented, and love ticking things off a list
* You take initiative and follow up without being asked
* You're comfortable switching between tasks throughout the day
* You're eager to learn and open to feedback
* You're excited to work in a small, fast‑paced business where you'll be supported and trusted
* You have (or are willing to get) an ABN


Where This Role Can Lead

* Social Media Manager – planning content, writing captions, and managing community engagement
* Executive/Personal Assistant – supporting the founders directly
* Office Manager or Ops Support – helping lead the internal team and systems
* Customer Experience Lead – as we grow and hire more support staff
