Are you energised by the buzz of live events and passionate about creating unforgettable audience experiences? We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital & Marketing Event Coordinator to help deliver high-quality digital content and marketing support across our major events program.

In this hands-on role, you will drive audience engagement, elevate brand consistency and support digital growth across every event touchpoint. Your work will directly influence ticket sales, sponsor value and the overall fan experience.

* Coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns for concerts, sporting events and live entertainment.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
* Oversee creation and deployment of visual assets across LED boards, venue screens and social media.
* Manage digital signage for pre-show content, live updates, sponsor activations and emergency messaging.
* Design and configure POS screens to support merchandise sales with accurate product setup and intuitive layouts.
* Ensure all visual content meets venue standards and artist/promoter requirements.
* Curate immersive digital storytelling moments that enhance the fan journey.
* Monitor and respond to audience feedback across digital platforms.
* Conduct post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support event-day operations including signage updates, troubleshooting and live content coordination.

* Excellent written and verbal communication.

* High attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency.
* Confidence coordinating stakeholders across internal teams and vendors.
* Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign and ticketing data.
* Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving.

Technical Proficiency

* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
* Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms for web and signage updates.
* Familiarity with digital signage systems and scheduling tools.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn etc.).
* Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and paid media strategies.
* Proven experience managing corporate and consumer social media channels.
* Content capable and visually literate, experience capturing and editing photo and video content.

Qualifications & Experience

* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in live entertainment, venue operations or event marketing is highly regarded.
* Understanding of sponsorship activation and brand compliance.

About The Venue

Built by the Brisbane City Council as a world class multipurpose facility, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre formed part of Brisbane's bid for the 1992 Olympic Games. The Centre has been operated since its inception by Legends Global (formerly ASM Global and AEG Ogden Brisbane Pty Ltd). Ownership was transferred to Stadiums Queensland (formerly Major Sports Facilities Authority) from 1 July 2002.

The Brisbane Entertainment Centre has hosted a diverse range of events including Monster Trucks, Supercross, Circuses, Bull Riding, Concerts, Conventions, School Speech Nights, Ice Spectaculars, Wrestling and Boxing.

Primarily recognised as a venue to host concerts, family shows and sporting events, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre also specialises in staging corporate events in particular conferences, seminars, product launches and gala banquets.
