Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a critical HR contact for the business, you will partner with managers to coach and provide advice on all people-related matters.
The successful candidate will focus on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, organisational effectiveness and promoting corporate culture and work environment. They will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring performance activities and protocols, reviewing and delivering engagement offerings, and ensuring compliance with employment relations, wellbeing and health and safety requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum Advanced Diploma of Business (Human Resources) or equivalent business degree in related discipline from an accredited institution
* Return to Work Certificate or willingness to complete
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to undertake
* Certificate IV Business Coaching
