Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and marketing support to our Brisbane-based team.

The successful candidate will facilitate events, manage schedules, ensure deadlines for various engagements, and organize content for events, seminars, webinars, and client presentations.

Key responsibilities include administering the whistleblower service line, managing files in SharePoint for compliance with file management protocols, handling high-level client communication, and assisting partners with executive administrative tasks.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing marketing content, providing marketing support, and administration tasks such as data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and MS Dynamics programs.

The role requires excellent collaboration skills, time management, prioritizing skills, client confidentiality, accuracy, and drive. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain accurate records and data.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment working as a Personal Assistant or Team Administrator
* Experience in developing marketing content and organizing client events, seminars, or similar
* Provision of marketing support, including social media, written content creation, and editing
* Administration support, as well as data entry, SharePoint usage, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and MS Dynamics programs
