To service our client investors we are keen to appoint our first dedicated Property Manager to oversee a growing rent roll, and elevate our management portfolio to new heights while working with property investors across NT.

About You
* A proactive organiser with ideally 5-6 years of solid Property Management experience
* Up to date with relevant NT residential tenancy legislation and compliance standards
* Certificate in Real Estate/Property Management
* Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
* A natural team builder who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments
You also bring
* Advanced knowledge of Property Management systems and processes
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

You will support and manage an established portfolio, you'll be encouraged to generate and grow new business—and be rewarded for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Excellence: Deliver premium service to all our clients, addressing disputes and complaints professionally
* Compliance & Operations: Ensure full compliance with NT tenancy laws and regulations
* Rent Roll Oversight: Maintain our rent roll while delivering high-quality Property Management services
* System Efficiency: Use Property Me to streamline operations and optimise portfolio performance
