- **Exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to support the Central Operations Services unit**
- **Base salary HEO9, $140,913 p.a. plus 17% Superannuation**
**About the opportunity**
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- manage on-site facility operations, promptly addressing issues and ensuring facilities align with operational standards
- manage operational planning, ensuring facilities are ready and primed for all events and activities
- lead minor works, ensuring all maintenance and minor works are completed effectively and in a timely manner
- oversee work area budgets, monitor spending to ensure alignment with financial projections
- provide effective leadership, guidance, and advice to staff in the work area to ensure the proactive achievement of outcomes.

- demonstrated experience in facilities management or building maintenance
- well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills
- experience working with buildings within the medical or educational fields would be an advantage
- knowledge and experience in working with capital works, infrastructure and development projects
- strong experience in subcontractor management
- equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
