Pain Specialists Australia is a busy, fast-paced, and thriving multidisciplinary pain medicine practice.
Healthcare or medical practice experience is preferred.
Our growing team comprises Anaesthetists and Pain Specialists, Rehabilitation Physicians, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Nurses, Psychologists, and a truly collaborative and passionate administration team.
Our ongoing growth and expansion mean that we are recruiting a full-time Theatre Bookings Officer for an immediate start.
This is a diverse and very busy role that will involve all aspects of Theatre Booking Co-Ordination, from invoicing to booking, as well as many and varied administrative tasks and projects.
Based at our purpose-built headquarters in Richmond, this role offers a great opportunity to build on your skills, establish a genuine career pathway and champion our high standards of treatment and patient care.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* A passion for customer service and quality
* Minimum 6 months of medical administration experience
* An engaging and sincere style with patients
* A positive (can-do) attitude and an eye for detail
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills and resilience
* An ability to prioritise tasks in a fluid, fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and multitask
* A talent for calendar management, scheduling and the effective use email and telephone to satisfy patient enquiries
* Ability to communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff
* Reliability, accountability, and committed to high professional standards
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills within a MAC environment, Office365 and Genie Practice Software
