We're looking for a motivated sales professional to join our fast-paced Sales and Marketing team based in Perth on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be responsible for generating sales of innovative products and developing and managing a strong opportunity pipeline at scale. Proactively seeking opportunities through developing and maintaining market contacts and other activities, you will play a key role in shaping the growth of our business.
Our new sales executive will target new waves of prospects by growing a funnel through marketing activity, identifying problems, proving technical solutions and enhancing value by managing proposals, negotiations and the closing process.
You will be expected to execute at a high tempo with a methodical approach to detail, sharing information and engaging others to achieve your outcomes. You will be nimble in your approach with your ability to change with the dynamics of your market, to unpack business opportunities by delivering tailored pitches.
This role is focused on driving positive business outcomes for customers. There will be a mix of both high-value brand opportunities, while executing program strategies to secure deals that will exceed account acquisition and target goals.

* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business or safety is preferable
* Exceptional relationship-building and communications skills are essential
* Previous experience developing sales plans and strategies is highly desirable
