Overview
Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse - RPAH role with NSW Health at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). This is a Permanent Full Time position (38 hours per week).
Location : Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney Local Health District
Remuneration : $72,152 - $101,299 per annum + annual leave loading + superannuation
Responsibilities
* Provide patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Work within POD 4, which comprises Obs & Gynae, Urology, Melanoma, Paediatrics and Patient reception.
Qualifications
* Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Australian Working Rights.
* Ability to manage high-acuity and emergency situations; demonstrate quick, sound decision-making and adaptability to changing circumstances.
* At least 3 years scrub/scout experience.
* Demonstrated computer literacy and understanding of relevant health information systems.
* Effective interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
