The Role
This role will undertake all the duties required when assisting the Commercial Property Management division across a mixed portfolio.Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
* Lease administration
* Liaising with contractors and raising work orders for maintenance and minor works
* Monthly and annual reporting
* Direct tenant liaison and management; achieve strong tenant relationships and high levels of tenant satisfaction
* Collating reports and ensuring policies are up to date
* Compliance and insurance
The Ideal Candidate
* A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Team player with a great attitude
