Role Description
This is a full-time role located in or around Western Melbourne, VIC, for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment of objectives. This is a wotk from home role, while you will be expected to be out visiting custoners daily..... a regional territiry will be allocated to service on a regular cycle.

Qualifications
* Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
* Market Analysis, Proposal Writing, and Contract Negotiation skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to present and influence stakeholders
* Goal-oriented mindset with expertise in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Proficiency in using microsoft office systems and other business development tools
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Industry knowledge of lighting or related fields is considered a strong advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
