Keepsake Archive is a Sydney-based event styling and floral business specialising in thoughtfully styled celebrations using premium faux florals. As we continue to grow, we're seeking acasual or freelance floral assistant to support events on a per-event basis, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business as we scale.
This role is ideal for a junior florist or floral creative who enjoys event work and is looking for flexible, hands-on experience within a growing styling studio.
About the Role
You will assist with the preparation, styling, installation, and pack down of faux floral arrangements for events such as baby showers, engagements, birthdays, and private celebrations. You'll work closely with the creative director and follow clear design direction to ensure each event is styled to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with faux floral preparation and arrangements
* Supporting on-site event installs and pack downs
* Styling florals according to provided briefs
* Handling and caring for premium faux floral pieces
* Assisting with general event setup as required
About You
* Basic floristry experience (fresh and/or faux)
* Comfortable working with faux florals and styling elements
* Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
* Available for weekend work as required
* Sydney-based with the ability to travel to event locations
