About the role
Are you a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker who thrives in a calm, focused night‐shift environment? Join Bribie Island Aged Care, where your support helps ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable and well‐cared for around the clock.
As a Night Shift Personal Care Worker, you\'ll play a vital role in maintaining residents\' wellbeing overnight — providing thoughtful personal care, assisting with late‐evening and early‐morning routines, monitoring safety and comfort, and responding promptly to resident needs.
Essential
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environment
* Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook, internet-based systems)
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
Desirable
* HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
