Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and Repair Oversight: Oversee maintenance and repair of diverse fleet including heavy-duty trucks and compactors to ensure optimal performance.
* Preventive Maintenance Program Development: Develop preventive maintenance program to reduce unscheduled downtime and extend lifespan of fleet assets.
* Safety Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations, emissions standards and industry-specific guidelines.
* Team Leadership: Lead team of mechanics, technicians and maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and service.
