Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Community Physiotherapist. The Community Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients within the community setting. This includes developing personalised treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Community Physiotherapist will keep accurate and timely records of patient progress and stay up-to-date with current physiotherapy practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aged care, disability care, or a similar role; community care experience is highly regarded.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Sydney to provide in-home services.
- Must own a reliable car and hold a valid driver\'s licence.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
- Skills in developing personalised treatment plans and providing therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and their families
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Robust record-keeping and documentation skills
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy and valid registration
- Valid NDIS Worker Check
