Job Overview
This is a leadership role within the construction division of a multinational organisation. The successful candidate will lead a team of accounting professionals and play a key role in the finance structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of 3 accounting professionals in system accounting, compliance and controls, and finance projects.
* Successfully partner with senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and other finance leaders.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with financial laws and guidelines across the organisation.
* Design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
* Coordinate internal and external audits for the APAC Construction divisions.
* Manage internal projects and challenge the status quo.
Requirements
* CA / CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
* Previous finance experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
* Commercial use of Microsoft Office suite and Pronto accounting software.
* Results-driven mindset, strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
