Accounts Administrator
to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive organisation that's making a real difference in the lives of older Western Australians.
You'll work closely with our
Finance Manager
to maintain accurate financial records, process accounts, and provide reporting that supports business decisions and growth.

About the Role
As our
Accounts Administrator
, you'll be responsible for:
Processing, distributing and reconciling
accounts receivable
invoices
Processing
accounts payable
invoices
Raising purchase orders
Assisting with
Home Care Package/Support at Home funding
management and reconciliations
Maintaining complete and accurate financial filing systems
Providing administrative and reporting support to the Finance Manager as required
About You
We're looking for a motivated professional with:
2–3 years' experience in a similar accounts or finance administration role
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with financial software (
Xero experience highly regarded
)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Full working rights in Australia
Experience within the
Aged Care
/
Home Care
sector is desirable, but not essential.
