We are looking for a number of exceptional administrators for some fantastic contract opportunities. We have multiple positions available. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Schedule interviews and send out confirmations 
Update and manage recruitment databases 
Compliance and reference checks 
On-boarding administration support 
General administration support to Recruitment and HR Teams 
What you'll need: 
Previous experience within administration, reception or customer service 
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills 
Proven administration and data entry experience 
Ability to work autonomously 
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
Proficiency in MS Office Suite 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Qualification in HR or equivalent experience (would be an advantage)
