We're now seeking a Part Time – Fixed Term Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives.
This role is currently available for Term 1, with the potential for opportunities to become available beyond this time.

With an engaging yard space set next to newly updated buildings and an Exceeding rating, South Castlemaine has a dedicated and dynamic team that strives to create a warm and welcoming learning environment for all children. We are seeking educators that are committed to sharing these ideals and striving toward the best outcomes for all children.
Role Details:
Diploma Educator
Thursday and Friday – 8:30am to 4:00pm
14 contact hours + 3.5 non-contact hours = 17.5 hours per week
What You'll Do
In this hands-on, rewarding role, you'll:
* Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
* Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
* Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences

What You'll Bring
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
* A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
