As a Executive Manager, you will interact directly with business units and other Group Audit (GA) home teams. You will manage and lead a portfolio of independent reviews of control frameworks, systems, policies and procedures across the Westpac Group and identify areas for remediation and opportunities for enhancement.
Some of the key accountabilities are: Enhance GA's Cyber Risk auditing capability including co-ordination with 1LOD and 2LOD assurance teams Find insights from within your portfolio that form the basis of the messages reported to the Westpac Group Board Audit & Risk Committees on a quarterly basis. Continuously monitor your portfolio developments, activities, issue management, emerging risks or concerns. You will also influence GA's drive to enhance GA wide continuous monitoring and reporting. Develop and lead a high performing team Collaborate within Group Audit and subject matter experts across technology, compliance and data risk What do I need? Extensive years of technology and cyber risk management experience, preferably in audit, risk, assurance, first line or consulting Knowledge of APRA and other global guidelines on technology and cyber risk management, including CPS234, Privacy Principles etc. Knowledge of enterprise technology and cyber risk management frameworks, policies, standards, governance metrics, oversight, reporting and associated implementation risks Proven team leadership, coaching and staff development experience, ability to solve complex problems, and identify root causes of issues. Stakeholder management (communication and influencing skills), project management, issues and audit report writing, collaboration and relationship building skills.
