We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to ensure our software systems meet and set industry standards. This role requires a visionary leader to shape the quality assurance framework and culture across our technological landscape.
Your Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with our business goals and technological innovations.
2. Create and deploy testing frameworks that combine manual and automated testing to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining quality standards.
3. Serve as the primary QA liaison among management, technology teams, and external partners to establish quality standards and practices.
4. Design and manage quality metrics and reporting systems to monitor software development performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
5. Build and lead a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, fostering professional growth and motivation.
6. Regularly assess and optimize testing processes to adapt to changing project needs and market conditions.
7. Identify potential quality risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies to prevent service disruptions.
Your Profile
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist are preferred.
3. At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in leadership within financial services or wealth management technology.
4. Proven leadership as a QA/Test Lead or Manager in fintech or wealth management sectors.
5. Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Selenium and experience with CI/CD environments.
6. Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
7. Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred.
8. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to foster innovation in QA.
