About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting injured claimants to achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Your holistic approach will help clients regain their functional performance and support a successful recovery journey. Working in a fast-paced environment aligned with core values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork, your main responsibilities will include:
7. Managing cases and coordinating rehabilitation services
8. Conducting worksite assessments and identifying return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
9. Applying clinical expertise and injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate client recovery
10. Engaging with stakeholders such as insurance providers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
11. Developing personalised, whole-of-person rehabilitation plans
12. Implementing effective early intervention strategies
13. Presenting case information and credible recommendations to stakeholders to support positive outcomes
What You Need to Succeed
14. A tertiary qualification and current registration with a relevant professional body (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling)
15. Full Australian working rights
16. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
