We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to specialise in candidate sourcing to support our Property team sourcing new talent and working with existing database of candidates for our well-established portfolio of property clients.
Requirements
Demonstrated proven attention to detail and data quality management
Ability to efficiently follow processes and achieve administrative excellence
Speed to task and self-driven
Passion for people, influencing and finding out what makes them tick
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.

This role requires a strong administrator and people person who can nurture existing candidates, find new candidates and make matches. This is a growth role and requires somebody with strong organisational skills and the passion and drive to build a career in recruitment.
