Responsibilities
Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Commit to safety and inclusivity to ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Experienced Leadership – Led by a passionate Centre Director with 5 years' experience and a highly skilled Assistant Director with over 20 years in early learning, you'll be supported by leaders who are committed to your growth, wellbeing, and success.

You'll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
